In the Moscow Photography Center the exhibition of Lev Borodulin's photos is being held. Borodulin, the classic master of the Soviet photo art, did everything that the Soviet photos would not frighten people with their special moments of ideology.

Some time ago Borodulin celebrated his 80-th birthday. The exhibition is connected to that event. For last 20 years the master lives in Israel and could not visit the exposition. Borodulin's photos are purchased in foreign auctions.He has visited many countries while his working in the "Ogonyok" magazine. He tried to take photos of the daily life including sport. Being already old man he was able to take interesting photos telling about "Holy Land", his second Motherland.

Looking at the exposition a person is usually surprised with the stable and good quality of his works. In dangerous 1950s and indifferent 1970s his camera was finding the most interesting fragments. For example, so-called "The flying ass", 1960 (the photo of the diving girl on the title of "Ogonyok" having been criticized by Comrade Suslov) certainly increased people's love to the magazine.

The photographer was in many foreign countries, took a lot of photos and returned having in himself the foreigner's personal qualities. The exhibition for the first time represents us the master of the world class.
